LVA was honored to contribute its expertise at the AOAC INTERNATIONAL Annual Meeting in San Diego, one of the world’s leading forums for analytical science and food safety.
Dr. David Steiner presented “Broadening the Toolbox: Mass Spectrometry and Reference Materials in Food Allergen Analysis” as part of the Gluten & Food Allergens (GFA) Program. His talk demonstrated how LC-MS/MS approaches combined with high-quality reference materials expand analytical capabilities and improve reliability in food allergen testing.
Being invited to speak at AOAC marked a significant recognition of LVA’s expertise in reference material production. Our work supports laboratories worldwide in delivering accurate, comparable, and future-ready allergen analysis, helping to set new benchmarks in food safety.
We valued the engaging discussions and the opportunity to exchange insights with the international AOAC community in San Diego.
